Electronic referral Forms (E-Forms) are now available through Telus Health Wolf and PS Suite EMRs.

Our objective is to diagnose, manage and treat patients who struggle with sleep disturbances and enable them to get better sleep with the end goal to better overall health and well-being. All treatment options are discussed and recommendations are provided.
